Service Description
We provide B2B lead generation and appointment setting services, including outreach and booking qualified sales appointments for our clients.
Appointment Guarantee
We aim to deliver between 8–15 qualified appointments per month, per client. A qualified appointment is defined as a scheduled meeting with a decision-maker that matches the agreed-upon Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Client Responsibilities
Provide clear ICP and calendar link
Respond to booked meetings in a timely manner
Attend appointments or reschedule promptly
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if the minimum threshold of 8 qualified appointments is not met within 30 calendar days, and all required assets (ICP, calendar link, offer) were delivered by the client. No refunds are issued for missed appointments or non-responsiveness.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the outcome of sales calls or close rates. Our responsibility is limited to lead outreach and delivering qualified bookings.
Modification
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version.
Payment Terms
All payment terms are agreed upon during the onboarding or sales call. In most cases, services are billed upfront on a monthly recurring basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients agree to submit full payment prior to the start of each service period.
